We have been in the rental business for 42 years, arguably the longest running rental business in town. 
How close to campus?
All of our rentals are walking distance from campus (1/4 mile or less) from campus. 
What if I want to add an additional Roomate? 
We may be able to accommodate additional roommates in certain units.
There is an additional charge of $150 per person
How do I get things repaired?
. Our office and repair team are right here in downtown Castleton. When something breaks we're here to help with fast response times
How do I pay rent and get a receipt?
 We accept cash, check, Venmo or credit card (3% fee) in our downtown Castleton Village Store location from 7am-9pm
